Special tasting from Unum Wine Cellars
Thursday, Aug. 15, 5:30-7:30 pm., $10 per person
This boutique producer hails from the esteemed Spring Mountain AVA in St. Helena – a revered Napa Valley wine making area. It was founded in 2001 with an initial production of 250 cases of Unum Wine Cellars Spring Mountain Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and has grown to in excess of 3000 cases annually and 3 distinct wine brands, Crush Farm, District, and Unum Wine Cellars.
In this tasting, we will pour wines form the Unum label – as well as a Zin from the Crush Farm brand – a farm-to-table concept wine sourced from organic vineyards throughout northern California.
With a producer this small, there are no fancy websites or online details on the wines – trust us – these are wines not to be missed.

No need to board a jet plane to taste the great wines coming from Washington and Oregon – just come to Savannah Wien Cellar. Three whites, three reds and a unique red blend laced with chocolate for “dessert.” See you Saturday! Light bites will accompany.
